To generate and deliver your personalized Digital Footprint AI Report.
To communicate with you, including responding to support requests sent to http://www.twinminder.co/contact-support

7.2 Industry-Standard Encryption: We encrypt sensitive information at rest using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms, such as AES-256. Our management of cryptographic keys adheres to robust security protocols.

7.5 Regular Key Rotation: We perform key rotation regularly, according to a defined schedule, to minimize the impact of a potential key compromise.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 14, 2025
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY.
By using the Digital Footprint AI Report service (the "Service") provided by OpsMind / TwinMinder ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

The Service provides a Digital Footprint AI Report ("Report") for your personal awareness. The Report—including all narrative summaries, tables, classifications, and supporting documentation—is entirely generated by artificial intelligence based on public data sources. No human verification, editorial review, or investigative oversight has been conducted in the creation of the document.

2. User Responsibilities and Acknowledgements

a. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of your ability. You acknowledge that the accuracy and completeness of the Report depend entirely on the data you provided. If any information is missing or inaccurate, the AI agent may produce results that are incomplete or unrelated.
b. Risk of Inaccuracy: You acknowledge that due to the nature of public data and algorithmic inference, the Report may occasionally display references to individuals or information that are not associated with you. You agree that these are not verified and should not be considered confirmed matches.

3. Prohibited Uses and FCRA Compliance

a. For Informational Use Only: The Report is for informational and exploratory use only.
b. Not a Background Check or Consumer Report: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that the Report does not constitute a background check, consumer report, or investigative record under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), or its international equivalents.
c. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Report, in whole or in part, for any purpose regulated by the FCRA or for any other legally regulated purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, making any decisions regarding:
Employment, hiring, or promotion.
Housing or tenant screening.
Credit, lending, or financial eligibility.
Insurance eligibility or rates.

4. Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Accuracy or Completeness: The Report is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties of any kind. The Report may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or omitted content due to the limitations of AI interpretation and the variability of public data sources.
b. Point-in-Time Snapshot: The Report reflects public content only as of the retrieval dates noted. Since online data is dynamic and subject to change, this Report may already contain references to material that has been removed, updated, or corrected.
c. Source Quality Varies: The AI system gathers content from a wide array of publicly accessible sources. The reliability, jurisdictional coverage, and accuracy of these sources vary, and they may include duplicates, clerical errors, or false associations.

5. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Responsibility

a. User Assumes Full Responsibility: Any confidence scores, classifications, or flags provided are heuristic indicators only, not formal assessments. The user bears full responsibility for interpreting results, validating claims, and conducting any follow-up investigations or certified document retrievals as needed. All findings should be treated as preliminary indicators and must be independently verified through official records or direct sources.
b. No Liability for Actions: Neither the creators of this Report nor the providers of the AI technology accept responsibility or liability for any actions, damages, or consequences arising from the use of the Report.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Fees and Refund Policy

a. General Policy: Due to the nature of our Service, which involves significant computational resources to generate and deliver a personalized digital product, all sales are final. Once a Report has been requested and the generation process has been initiated, we cannot offer a refund. By purchasing the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the disclaimers outlined in these Terms, including that the Report is provided on an "as-is" basis.
b. Non-Refundable Circumstances: A refund will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the Report's content, the presence of inaccuracies in the Report, or errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
c. Eligibility for Refund Review: A full refund will be considered only in the case of a verifiable technical failure of delivery, where you have paid for the Service but have not received your Report and our support team is unable to resolve the delivery issue.
d. How to Request a Review: If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on technical failure of delivery, you must contact our support team within seven (7) days of your purchase at http://www.twinminder.co/contact-support with your proof of purchase. OpsMind / TwinMinder reserves the right to assess all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
