The Report—including all narrative summaries, tables, classifications, and supporting documentation—is entirely generated by artificial intelligence based on public data sources. No human verification, editorial review, or investigative oversight has been conducted in the creation of the document.

2. User Responsibilities and Acknowledgements

a. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of your ability. You acknowledge that the accuracy and completeness of the Report depend entirely on the data you provided. c. Eligibility for Refund Review: A full refund will be considered only in the case of a verifiable technical failure of delivery, where you have paid for the Service but have not received your Report and our support team is unable to resolve the delivery issue.
d. How to Request a Review: If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on technical failure of delivery, you must contact our support team within seven (7) days of your purchase at http://www.twinminder.co/contact-support with your proof of purchase. OpsMind / TwinMinder reserves the right to assess all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
